Legal experience Attorneys-at-law started on 1 January 2011
with offices in ´s Hertogenbosch and Amsterdam. The firm was
founded by lawyers with comprehensive experience in corporate law.
They gathered their experience at big (inter)national firms. Their
opinion is that things can be done differently: top quality, major
partner involvement and excellent service at more competitive
rates.
Legal experience focuses on businesses, investors and non-profit
organisations. We offer specialist advice and assistance for all
the issues that concerns the respective client, among others in the
practice areas of financing, mergers & acquisitions, management
buy-outs, participations, contracts, insolvencies, restructuring,
employment law, employees´ participation and intellectual
property.
Legal experience does not deal with cases in the first place, but
clients and its issues. Rather than short-term financial gain for
us, what we focus on is the best result for the client. We are
convinced that in the long term this will benefit us as well: a
long-term relationship with the client, spin-off and an excellent
reputation in the market.
Our advice is aimed at reaching solutions and is result-oriented.
Our approach is practical with accurate knowledge of the activities
and the commercial interests of the client. If necessary and in
close consultation with the client we will consult other
